Clean Your Keycaps Luck and Shiny Guide

Separate Clean Your Keycaps personal Luck, server Luck, one-use Luck rolls, and Shiny Chance without fake rates.

Clean Your Keycaps has at least four distinct Luck-related catalog concepts: a permanent 2x Luck gamepass, a permanent 2x Shiny Chance gamepass, a developer product named 5x Luck Roll [1 USE], and server Luck products from 2x through 64x. The names are official. Their targets, duration, stacking, base rates, and results are not documented by the public descriptions.

Evidence rule: Never turn a multiplier label into a percentage without a verified base value. Keep personal Luck, Shiny Chance, one-use rolls, and server-wide effects separate.

Personal 2x Luck

The 2x Luck gamepass confirms a personal or ownership-based Luck multiplier concept, but the catalog does not say which system it affects. It could relate to Crates, tools, keycaps, rewards, or another roll; none is safe to claim from the name.

Read the current gamepass prompt and any in-game Luck tooltip. Record the displayed stat and the actions that visibly reference it. Test only after identifying the target.

Do not call the pass valuable or useless before the player reaches a system where Luck is explained.

2x Shiny Chance

The separate pass confirms a Shiny chance concept. It does not identify what can become Shiny, the base chance, or what a Shiny result changes.

Find the live Shiny label, collection entry, result screen, or tooltip. Record eligible action, displayed probability, outcome effect, and whether the state is permanent.

The existence of separate Luck and Shiny passes means their relationship cannot be assumed. Luck may or may not influence Shiny; direct current wording is required.

5x Luck Roll [1 USE]

This developer-product name explicitly includes [1 USE]. That supports one-use behavior more strongly than an unlabeled product, but it still does not define which roll, when it is consumed, or whether the player can cancel.

Before purchasing, open the target interface and read the confirmation. Record current Luck and the next eligible action. After using it, verify that the effect was consumed and what result occurred.

One boosted result cannot establish ordinary or boosted odds.

Server Luck multipliers

The developer catalog lists 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x, 32x, and 64x Server Luck products. These names imply a server-scoped effect but do not publish duration, stacking, target systems, purchaser benefits, or what happens when a player changes server.

Record the server indicator before and after activation. Note start and end times and whether other players see it. Do not add multiplier labels together unless the live stat does.

Keep server Luck visible in every random-system sample. Results collected under 64x server Luck cannot be mixed with an ordinary baseline.

Test a Luck claim responsibly

Identify one exact action with a visible outcome and, ideally, a published rate. Hold Shiny pass, server Luck, Weather, and other effects constant. Collect a meaningful number of trials before and after one change.

Publish sample size, setup, date, and observed counts. Label the result “observed” unless the game displays the formula. Random variance can make a short boosted run look worse than a baseline.

Stop at a predetermined money or Robux budget. Testing does not justify unlimited purchases.

Luck, Crates, and Weather

Crates and Instant Weather exist in the catalog, but no public description connects them to Luck. The overlap is a player question, not a fact.

Check current tooltips for each system. If Weather changes a displayed Luck stat, record the exact before-and-after state. If Crates show rates, capture them with active effects visible.

Do not attribute every rare outcome to the most visible boost. Several systems may be active at once.

Luck mistakes

  • Converting 2x into a percentage without the base chance.
  • Assuming personal Luck includes Shiny Chance.
  • Mixing server-boosted and ordinary samples.
  • Treating one-use Luck as a permanent stat.
  • Multiplying 2x and 64x labels without displayed stacking.
  • Publishing exact odds from a small sample.
  • Claiming Crate or Weather interaction from simultaneous timing alone.

Luck FAQ

What does 2x Luck affect?

The public pass name does not say. Read the current in-game Luck tooltip and target system.

What can be Shiny?

No complete eligible list or effect was verified from public sources. Identify the live Shiny interface before publishing entries.

Does Luck increase Shiny chance?

That relationship is unverified. The game sells separate passes for the two concepts.

How long does server Luck last?

The public catalog does not publish duration. Record the live server indicator and timestamps.

Is 5x Luck Roll reusable?

The product name says [1 USE], so treat it as one-use unless the current prompt explains otherwise.
