Clean Your Keycaps Sponge Index

Look up officially exposed Clean Your Keycaps sponge names and compare them without invented stats, tiers, or acquisition claims.

Sponges are an official Clean Your Keycaps upgrade family. The Roblox description says to upgrade them to clean faster, and the developer-product catalog exposes thirteen named sponge entries. This is a currently documented name index, not a complete in-game tier list. Public data does not give speed, area, capacity, normal price, rarity, or ordinary acquisition.

Confidence: Names and catalog dates are Official. Ranking, stats, earned unlock order, appearance in every server, and best use are Needs in-game testing.

Why there is no “best sponge” claim

A product name can identify an entity but cannot establish performance. Bigger Sponge might describe size, appearance, or branding. 24K Gold Sponge might be decorative. Rainbow Sponge was created later than several other entries, but later catalog creation is not proof of a higher tier.

Robux prices are also a poor ranking signal. A product may be priced for novelty, convenience, or a temporary offer. The current normal in-game upgrade menu is the only place to establish earned order, while controlled full-cycle testing is needed for value.

How to compare two sponges

Record both sponge names exactly as the game displays them. Keep soap, earned upgrades, clean-speed pass, Workers, Rebirth, route, and server effects constant.

Complete at least three caps with sponge A, timing from first scrub interaction through successful placement. Record failed interactions and money only to confirm comparable completions. Then repeat with sponge B on the same route.

If the game shows a speed, size, or other preview, capture it before the trial. Compare displayed values and actual complete-cap time separately. A wider tool may help a different situation than a faster single-target tool, but no such roles are confirmed until observed.

Check acquisition safely

The names above come from developer products, which are Roblox purchase prompts. They do not prove the sponges are Robux-only. Look for a normal earned-money store, milestone, completion reward, Crate pool, or other live acquisition text before making a claim.

When a prompt opens, confirm exact name, product type, current price, seller, and effect description. Close it if the effect is unclear. Never buy from an external site.

If a normal menu lists the same sponge, record that path as a separate fact with a date. Do not merge the product purchase and normal route into one price.

Update and availability checks

The catalog entries range from July 12 through August 1, 2026. A creation date proves when Roblox records the product, not when every player could first use the sponge. An update date can reflect catalog maintenance rather than balance.

After [UPD], recheck the live sponge list, preview, and ownership behavior. Keep old measurements labeled with their test date and setup. Remove a sponge from a current index only when reliable evidence shows it is no longer available; do not infer removal because one server lacks a prompt.

Sponge mistakes

  • Sorting by catalog creation date and calling it progression order.
  • Sorting by Robux price and calling it power.
  • Inferring area from shape or income from a gold name.
  • Testing different sponges with different soap or pass states.
  • Calling the catalog complete when normal-only sponges may exist.
  • Treating product ownership as proof of permanent account behavior without checking.

Sponge FAQ

How many sponges are there?

Thirteen named sponge developer products are currently documented here. That is not a claim that the full in-game sponge list contains exactly thirteen.

Is Rainbow Sponge the best?

No verified public stats support that claim. Its later catalog date is not a tier.

What does Bigger Sponge do?

Only the name is public evidence. Size, area, speed, and acquisition need live confirmation.

Can I get these without Robux?

The public evidence shows developer products. Check the current normal store and unlocks for any earned path.

Where do I test cleaning performance?

Use the repeatable route in Clean Speed and keep soap and other variables fixed.
